Rodolfo's Mexican Grill
About This Spot
Walking into Rodolfo’s Mexican Grill feels like arriving at a neighborhood anchor where time slows just enough to savor simple pleasures. Nestled in the heart of Cheyenne, this unpretentious spot hums with a steady, welcoming rhythm that’s neither rushed nor too quiet—it’s the kind of place that stays open when the city’s other lights begin to dim, quietly serving late-night cravings and early-morning hunger alike. The faint scents of grilled meats and warm tortillas drift through the air, inviting you to take a moment and breathe in the comfort of familiar flavors made fresh to order.
The atmosphere at Rodolfo’s blends casual and friendly with the unmistakable energy of a local late-night haunt. Whether you pop in for a quick bite at the drive-through or settle in for a slower meal inside, there’s a calm bustle that feels genuine, never forced. Staff members move with practiced ease, offering smiles that carry the warmth of long-term relationships with returning guests. It’s a place where folks from all walks of life cross paths—shift workers, families, and passersby—all drawn here by the promise of steady, satisfying food any time of day or night.
The menu at Rodolfo’s echoes this sense of reliable simplicity. Plates arrive plated with care, highlighting the deep, smoky notes of their carne asada or the comforting heft of a beef chimichanga. You won’t find menus overloaded with bells and whistles, but rather well-crafted classics that speak to the heart of Mexican grilling and street food culture. Sharing a quesadilla or digging into a freshly made taco feels like a small celebration of honest ingredients and honest work.
For many locals, Rodolfo’s stands as a quietly cherished spot—less about flash and more about connection, routine, and the kind of dependable flavor that makes a day a little better. It invites you to pause, appreciate the steady pulse of community, and leave with just what you needed: a good meal and the comfort of a place that feels known.

It's a cheap place with some terribly greasy food. The staff is always nice but they are basically working a form of fast food so they aren't going to be the most talkative people ever. Regardless, this is the only place within miles that is open 24/7. Trust me, that means a lot to anyone that works late shifts anywhere. I'm glad this place is here and I have no actual complaints.

Stopped in on Aug 14 2021 for dinner at 10p. Wife and I split 2 burritos, one California and one chicken, daughter had Carne asada street tacos, son had a chicken quesadilla. Tamarindo, Jamaica, Lemonade and water to drink. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. Definitely made to order. Open 24 hours which was interesting. Drive through was BUSY so we went in and sat down. It was good, I can definitely recommend it.
